Warm Welcome, Anticipation of needs(we arrived early and Sebastian immediately got us an upgraded room), and service to throughout stay was first class. Don’t usually give Booking.com ‘straight ‘10’s’, but our host’s’ hospitality insured that my husband and I felt truly cosseted while enjoying this a-bit-above-our-average $$$ boutique hotel. Loved our deck, spacious room, ‘catered’ complete breakfast.

Hotel Inti Kuyen Plaza offers accommodation in Pucón, in front of the main square and the casino. Access to Villarrica Lake is just 2 blocks away. Excellent location, the staff is very friendly and helped us with each and every request. The room had an amazing view. Excellent value for money.

The location of the accommodation is great, just a few minutes walk to the city, at the same time it is very quiet at night. Parking available, but these may be occupied by non-hotel guests and you may have to park in the courtyard.
