This is one of the best hotels i have stayed. Staffs were really helpful. Location was perfect. Rooms were really big and the toilet was very modern. They offered us late checkout. They offered us the iron to use in our room for the whole stay. All the staffs were super kind and helpful. Breakfast was not really good , but there are many nearby restaurants that offer breakfast. But I loved everything here. Thank you so much

First of all it was super clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had anything you might need. I would definitely recommend visiting the terrace on the roof. It's a bit far from the coast and centre (20 minutes walk), however Batumi is a small city and you can get anywhere by taxi (I would recommend bolt) for 3-6 GEL. Also, it's near the road so cars are too loud at night, however the same problem occures in most hotels in Batumi. You can keep the balcony closed and use air conditioning, this helps a lot. Best option in this price range.

The hotel staff knew it was my birthday, so upon arrival, we were greeted with a surprise—a bottle of wine and a dessert with "Happy Birthday!" written on it. During our entire stay, there was not a single instance where our requests were met with indifference. On the last day, my son lost his headphones, but he didn’t even worry—he knew they would be found at reception. The restaurant staff also deserves special praise for their attentiveness. The interior throughout the hotel—the lobby, the restaurant, and even the courtyard—is aesthetically pleasing and a delight to the eye.
