I remember my last night on 2 March that a staff whose name might be Brian came to my room and asked if I need cleaning service because I put DON'T DISTURBE card on the lock of the door in the morning. This really exceeded my expectations because if the guest put DON'T DISTURBE card on the lock of the door in many hotels, nobody will come to ask if the client still needs cleaning service later in the day, I appreciate it

The accommodation is located with a beautiful view of the aircrafts and the volcano! It’s really modern and the bed is comfy as well. Perfect location close to the airport. Dani is an incredible host and made sure I got everything that I needed.
