The staff are AMAZING so friendly and helpful, it was a breath of fresh air, they truly can’t do enough and you never feel uncomfortable with them.

Perhaps the most surprising hotel of our trip. In a good way! Super helpful staff, advised, told where and what to see and to get. The room we got was also super, extremely cozy and especially comfortable beds! I just had absolutely no comments, when I had questions, everything was solved immediately. Breakfast was also good. In short, we will definitely come back again with the whole family, and for others who are looking to feel the true spirit of Italy and enjoy Lake Como in peace, this is a perfect place! p.s.
