The staff are AMAZING so friendly and helpful, it was a breath of fresh air, they truly can’t do enough and you never feel uncomfortable with them.

Very clean and modern, overlooking the pool on the top floor. Breakfast was more than you could ever wish or need and the teams availability to help with any local knowledge was unbeatable. Great location for travel to and around Lake Garda, Verona and Venice. So pleased we didn't choose to stay closer to the Old Town as traffic there was a nightmare. This location is perfect for strolls, restaurants (although the in house restaurant was super), local shops and beaches. Couldn't fault anything and we travel a lot. Great pool, great room, super great hosts.

The hotel staff were very friendly, a special thanks to Lorenzo and Signora Maura, for all their help. Signora Maura was very welcoming and even speaks fluent Greek!! A pleasant surprise! Bikes and cars can be rented on site. amazing view of the lake from our Jacuzzi, it was a really good size cabin, everything you could need to enjoy not only the site but the lake. an easy flat walk along the side of the lake, to numerous coffee places. There were loads of facilities, we didn't use them as we enjoyed walking by the lake and using our Jacuzzi. place was very clean and comfy, we would stay again.

Great hotel with nice view and nice staff specially Othman in breakfast area but people in the reception not friendly very much and in their break someone not professional is covering their place also the manager in her office not meeting the people so it takes time to consult her if something is happened
