Accomodation close to Yala National Park. Perfect location for doing a safari. Short tuk tuk ride from shops. Beautiful nature surrounding the property, well maintained gardens. Extremely peaceful, we had our best nights sleep here after spending 2 weeks in Sri Lanka. Host Kapila kind and interesting guy. We enjoyed our first ever safari with Kapila very much, such a relaxing, cool experience. We saw all kinds of animals that we have never seen before. The food was some of our favourite we have had since being in Sri Lanka.

Fantastic place such a fabulous spot and idyllic in every way the brothers who run it were so kind and thoughtful. Best biryani ever, given on a table under the stars and fireflies dancing around totally magic. The safari they organised was great as was the evening walk they gave us and we’ve were able to enjoy a sunset over the lake. I can’t recommend highly enough I think I have found paradise.

Perfect location for the National Park. Very quiet. Great staff and really good food. The lunch provided for our Safari was excellent too. Safari arranged with the staff and couldn’t fault the operation. Our particular lodge was wonderful for watching an early evening monkey exodus and bat display. For the money this is a great choice.

We had an extremely tranquil stay at Tranquil Wild! We decided to kick back and do nothing as we'd already previously been on an amazing safari so we just enjoyed this lovely location on the lake and relaxed and watched the peacocks and water buffaloes. Our room was lovely and the kids loved their beds up in the mezzanine. The highlight of our stay was doing a wonderful boat ride around the lake at sunset, it was the most relaxing thing and truly not to be missed! Anne the owner is a very attentive host.

Perfect location, superb staff,professional, You must stay for at least 3days and let the staff plan your visits to the safari parks ,trust them and they will deliver the perfect package to suit your family

Really special atmosphere, peace love kind of life in a small land with little monkeys playing around and peacocks, squirells and more. If you need a break between the Nortern area and the Coastal area it is the best place. Yala safaris are available!
