Daniel (host) very accommodating and helpful. We stayed in the Sunset room which had a lovely deck to sit on overlooking the garden. Clean comfortable room. Close to the beach. Just around the corner from shops and pub.

Best accommodation in NZ so far. The room is spacious and super comfortable and very private. There's everything you need for breakfast and the view is gorgeous. The host Julie is very welcoming and provided great tips for visiting the area. We had a lovely chat with her and felt like we were at home. I can't recommend this place enough!

The whole place has great vibes — calm, welcoming, and really well looked after. The owners are super friendly and genuinely make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely set up, and the view was absolutely beautiful. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Situated in Marahau, Kanuka Ridge Lodge is a short drive to the beach, the cafes, restaurants and the start of the Abel Tasman National Park. Free unlimited WiFi and private parking. Honestly the most heart-warming stay, thanks to the wonderful hosting by Stu! I’ve never before come across a hotel owner so genuinely interested in making their guests have the best possible time 🙏 Thanks for all the lovely chats! Situated in Marahau, 38 km from Nelson, Abel Tasman Lodge features a hot tub and sauna. Abel Tasman National Park is within a 5-minute walk from the property. The location is perfect to have easy access to the Abel Tasman Park. We stayed in the big yellow room Kowhai and loved it. If you travel in a large group, the room can also serve as a great meeting points for snacks, breakfast and games!
