Perfect location in the historical Center of Nizwa. Very helpful staff — а beautiful girl from Togo and the host itself. Super clean. WC and Shower is cleaned with special good detergents like in Europe. Clean kitchen and good working A/C. We exchanged numbers with the host and his assistant from Togo but a couple of days later my IPhone got damaged by salty water and I lost their contacts. So I hope they will read this review and write me on what’s up please :)

Perfect location for the balcony walk, we did the r sunrise hike and it was just stunning! Super comfortable bed, great shower. Overall nice design and the staff was outstandingly kind and helpful. Very much recommend!

Perfect location, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Really close to sunrise viewpoint and only a 5 minute drive to the start of the balcony hike. Definitely recommend this as a great place to experience Jabal Shams.

Perfect location, right next to the Nizwa Fort and Souq. Easy parking, just in front of the building. Self check in. The apartment is big and very clean.

Very helpful staff, clean and nice rooms, great location in the middle of the old town (watch out - very narrow roads), best view for sunset or sunrise.
