The accommodation provides a concierge service and luggage storage space for guests. Both Frezia and Andrea were extremely accommodating and kind. They gave us advice on the area, organised our washing for us, and stored our luggage. Breakfast was delicious, with food made fresh for you - bread rolls straight out of the oven. The was room cleaned every day with towels replaced. The free water was great for us, and a great location too!

Three blocks away from the ocean view sidewalk and with fast access from the "Costa Verde" makes arrival very easy and ideal for corporate and leisure travellers. The hotel and rooms were modern and clean. The bathroom had all the amenities required, including small bottle shampoos and body lotion. The staff were friendly and were willing to help out with group requests. Carmen, who I spoke to on the reservation team, as well as the hotel staff went above and beyond to help facilitate pre-payment and ensure different parties of our group could check in immediately. The breakfast spread was incredible, the food was very fresh and delicious, and you can also request for an omelette with various ingredients with the kitchen. If you have an early start to the day, you can also request a breakfast to-go.
