Situated in Boracay, 400 metres from D'Mall and 600 metres from Boracay White Beach, Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites boasts a rooftop pool bar along with an outdoor swimming pool, an on-site restaurant... The front desk and housekeeping staff were so friendly and nice . I would choose to stay at the Ferra Hotel if I come back to Boracay.. The hotel was so close to the beach front where activities for the day can be booked if you fancy being adventurous and also near 7/11 where you could buy all the necessities to make your stay much more comfortable. The place is esthetically pleasing to the eyes every corner is different but beautiful and goes along with its theme. All the staff make sure that the hallways are always super clean. Attention to details are excellent. Having diffusers on the hallways was also added bonus. It makes you feel relaxed and everything is fresh. The rooms was super comfortable and clean equipped with all the basics although there is no view outside through the windows. The staff are well trained they were very respectable, courteous, and always happy to tend to your needs. Fresh and good smelling beach towels are provided when you go outside if you decide to take a dip on the crystals waters or just for lounging on the sand.

Among the various facilities of this property are barbecue facilities and a garden. 建物は新しくはないが部屋は極めて清潔に整理されており部屋の床はピカピカ、大きな窓はガラスが入っていないかのよう。ドイツ人オーナーのペーターは人当たりがよくてヘルプフルで、予約が確定すると宿への道順や周辺施設の情報を送ってくれるし、チェックインの際には島の見どころからトライシクルの値段まで全て教えてくれる。宿はかなり入り組んだ場所にあるが、ビーチからは実は一本道でペーターの指示通りの道を入れば間違いようがない。周辺施設で言えばビーチ沿いのお洒落なホテルの屋上インフィニティプールへの無料の入場バウチャーがもらえるため、高いお金を払ってこの高級ホテルに泊まらなくても最高のプールを満喫できるのもお得感がある。

During our stay in Boracay we have also booked for another Hotel (which was a bit pricey and was on top of everyone’s list for the excellent service and experience ) but surprisingly I prefer the experience we had at Hotel Feliz. Location was excellent. Staff were friendly, very accommodating. Communication was easy. It felt like home. Such a great time with my family.
