Everything about Hotel El Nido was amazing, however the one person who truly made our trip awesome and will forever be in our thoughts due to his efficiency, kind demeanour and overall great person will be Mr. Tan. From the time we met him at the airport to the time we departed , Mr Tan was amazing. During our trip he recommended some beautiful beaches to visit as well as other tourist attractions but what amazed me the most, was that he remembered our whole groups names from the time he met us. Wish there were more people like Mr. Tan in the service industry.

I LOVE the cleanliness of the room, the heated toilet seat, the kitchen with complete tools and utensils, and especially the super helpful staff. They are very kind and accommodating, and very prompt with all our needs. The location was GREAT. It's just 3 mins away from the airport and it's like a compound of hotels and restaurants. Finding a place to eat is so easy with so many options. And if you're vegan or vegetarian, you have a lot of choices around the hotel. They serve only vegan and vegetarian breakfast in the hotel, btw. Our room (a loft) is very spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping also cleans every day. All in all it was a great stay for our family.
