We really liked everything about this hotel, location staff rooms etc etc. the beds/linen etc were incredibly comfortable. there really isn't anything to complain about. It’s was a perfect stay, great beds, friendly, and really clean. Most comfortable place we stayed in, in Thailand, and also the most inexpensive.

Boasting stunning sea views and a beachfront location, The Nai Harn is nestled in a tropical hillside overlooking the beautiful Nai Harn Beach. Comfortable rooms and suites offer a spacious balcony that looks out towards the ocean. Free WiFi is available in public areas. The level of service and comfort was unmatched. Everyone was so kind and polite, going above and beyond in making our stay as comfortable as possible (shout out to Mr Champ!). Room was huge, well designed with gorgeous sea views. Each element so well thought out, with so many varieties of amenities and for someone that prefers soft plush mattress and bedding this hotel was a Godsend. Location wise it's right on top of Nai Harn beach. Although it's a bit far from major action like Patong beach/Bangla Rd. I prefered the more laid back vibes of the area and the beach. For family travelers it's perfect. It's not in the middle of nowhere too mind you. Plenty of shops restaurants around. If you wanna order some food or grocery from Grab app you can. I would highly recommend get the room with breakfast included, cuz it was really really delicious with plenty of varieties changing up everyday. So long story short, luxurious stay, amazing views, amazing hospitality and delicious breakfast.

The director of the hotel and the staff of the hotel always made sure that everything was provided for us. We really enjoyed the personal touch. 5. Very good value for money

This adult-only hotel has a main infinity pool, pampering spa and free WiFi. One of the best luxury stays we have had in Phuket. The view from their pool villas is well worth the money. The rooms were impeccable. Breakfast spread was sumptuous. The pool was maintained beautifully and the water was even warm (not heated) during the evenings. Would come back here in a heartbeat . There were buggies available quickly on request to help us travel from the room . The sand at the beach was one of the softest however the experience was affected due to a recent oil sea in the Andaman ocean and we came back with oil stuck on our feet.

Excellent location if you want a stopover near the airport which is 2 minutes. Clean nice room, all very good.
