Set in a beautiful waterfront location, Turtle Bay Lodge is a 20-minute drive from Luganville and a 25-minute drive from Santo-Pekoa International Airport. Situated half way to the famous Champagne Beach and a leisurely kayak from both the Riri and Matevulu Blue Holes it is the ideal place to experience Santo. Everything. Excellent service, in every way very well managed place with great eye for details and an atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. Our room was so comfy, cleaner than clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. The whole lodge is beautiful with lots of cozy places to relax. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner was great, everything we had during our 4 days was super delicious (also lots of yummy vegetarian options). There is no real beach but easy water access and lots of hammocks, chairs, lounges and sunbeds right by the sea overlooking beautiful turtle bay. Location was also a huge plus for us. Not too far from champagne beach, close to the blue holes and not too far from Luganville and the airport either. Having a rental car was great for us, but the lodge offers lots of tours, so it’s not a must have here. Finally the staff was just amazing, from housekeeping to restaurant/reception staff or the management itself - everyone was so friendly, helpful and did just a great job. This was not the most expensive place we stayed in in the south pacific region but by far the best so far. One of our favorite spots ever (and we do travel a lot all over the globe). Highly recommend!

Picture perfect location, the room was beautifully presented, clean and well equipped, and the caretakers were very friendly and helpful. Remember to shop in Luganville before you arrive - the room is equipped with a bar fridge with little freezer section at the top, and there is a restaurant a short stroll up the road (approx 500m) if the tide is low you can walk along the beach. Highly recommend staying here, everything was perfect!!

Angelic the Owner was very warm and welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. She looked after us, cooked us amazing food, and helped us create unforgettable moments.

Among the various facilities of this property are a restaurant, a bar and a tennis court. Free WiFi is provided. Our stay at the freshwater Plantation farm stay was absolutely amazing! The bungallow is so beautiful, it is situated directly on the beach and has an amazing sea view. They also have a super nice restaurant, with delicious meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Try the chicken Parmiggiana! We really enjoyed the evenings with Vini and Klaas, to talk about interesting topics by a glass of wine. We did the diving at the coolidge, while we stayed at their accommodation and they drove us every time and picked us up. We also went snorkelling, right in front of the bungallow and the reef is pretty decent (we even saw morey eels and lion fish). It grows back slowly after the cyclone.

A short, palm lined walk through a few small resorts and farms gets you to Champagne Beach. Hands down the nicest beach I have ever seen. Lonnoc Beach itself is no slouch either. Wendy our host organises car trips to all of the other attractions nearby. Notably the Nanda Blue Hole and yet another 10/10 beach, Port Olry, which offers a few more hospitality options. Wendy and Cindy are absolute angels and made our time incredibly easy and relaxing. Very generous serves of homecooking three times a day kept us fuelled up. Will be back for certain!

It was breathtaking when we arrived on the boat and Tricia and Russell made us feel so welcome.
