The heritage building has been lovingly restored by its artist owners, with a beautiful and thoughtful interior. The rooms are calm, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is fresh delicious and bountiful and the service is extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is central and convenient. Our stay here was an absolute delight, from the moment we arrived until the time we left. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, greeting us with a cup of delicious tea upon our arrival. Throughout our stay, our host went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. But what truly made our stay special was the stunning accommodation. The room was spacious, immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with a cozy seating area. The view from our window was breathtaking, with lush forests stretching out as far as the eye could see. Overall, I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Dilijan. With its friendly host, delicious tea and stunning accommodation, you won't be disappointed.

Great big rooms, with heaters in winter Amazing hot shower pressure, comes with shampoo and body soap The breakfast buffet was delicious and plenty of opportunity for refills. Homestay was family owned and owners were very friendly. 5 mins cheap taxi ride by gg app from the city center but far enough to allow comfortable sleep. Walking downhill from accommodation is easier than reaching it on foot.

Beautifully renovated old building within walking distance to the city centre. Tastefully appointed rooms. Excellent breakfast and fantastic coffee. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Ojakh is great because of the owner Lili and her sister, and her daughter Tatev - the nicest people ever who share their plums off the trees! However, I thought I had booked a twin room for myself, as stated on the booking.com page, but be aware that you will likely be sharing that room with a roommate... The house is charming and set in the countryside, far away from the main road so it's very quiet. There's a big covered outdoor space for socialising!

Great apartment with private bathroom, kitchen and sitting area in the front. The owner is really nice and takes care of all of your needs. She also speaks good English. I would really recommend to get breakfast and dinner in the guesthouse as it is simply very very delicious - everything homemade by themselves. The location is very quiet - closest shop is 10-15min walk away. Get a taxi to go to the city centre.
