Mariam was the star of this stay. A wonderful host that shared so much precious insight on Armenian culture, history and traditions. We chatted forever! The property is secluded and quiet which is exactly what we needed. There are a couple of rough patches driving up and the last few meters before the property is a dirt road but don’t let anyone scare you because it’s very easy to reach even with a very low clearance car as our rental. The food prepared for us for both dinner and breakfast was simply amazing. Tasty and earthy and home grown. Too bad we stayed only one night.

Gnishik is literally right at the end of the road, you can go no further, but the Eco Lodge certainly makes the journey worthwhile. The gent who let us in and gave us the keys was very pleasant and helpful and communication before arrival was excellent. It was made clear that the location was remote and that we would have to bring our food and drink with us. This was fine and the shared kitchen was very well equipped. We had a lovely en suite room upstairs with wonderful views from our balcony, especially of the beautiful rose garden in the back garden. We were also lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. There was a problem with the WiFi in the early evening, but it was quickly resolved and worked very well for us after that; not good enough to stream, but perfectly well for browsing, emails, etc. We parked in the drive in front of the Lodge, but there are zero security concerns. If you get the chance to visit, then we strongly suggest that you do. The drive south from Lake Sevan is truly spectacular. The last few kilometres of road were pot holed and slow going, but perfectly accessible if you drive slowly. Overall, this is a wonderful place to enjoy nature and relax and we loved our visit. Very highly recommended.

We traveled in Armenia for a week and stayed in multiple guest houses. Though every host we had was super hospitable and friendly, LiViTi totally exceeded our expectations! The hosts, Gohar, Manuk, and their daughters, welcomed us as warmly as if we were their family. Their eldest daughter performed some beautiful songs for us during the dinner, the food was absolutely delicious, and we had a chance to taste family's homemade wine and vodka which were super tasty as well. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable. The only thing we felt bad about was that we only stayed there for one night. Hope to visit you again! Thank you!

We had a perfect stay from the welcome until good bye the other day. Both hosts were very nice and helpful, whatever we asked, it was provided. We had delicious dinner, home made wine and breakfast. A great place, with a very accommodating host. Everything (and everyone) was really nice but the standout for us was the food. It was exceptional. Really really good. We also did wine & brandy tasting and it was really pleasant. Overall, one of our best B&B experiences. Highly recommended.

My stay here was an absolute delight, from the moment I arrived until the time I left. The Hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and supportive. Throughout my stay, my Hosts went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I could possibly wish for in terms of: accommodation, nice company, hospitality/services, transport to-and from Yeghegnadzor, or information. The room was immaculately clean, with a spacious balcony overlooking the surrounding gardens – a peaceful, tranquil area. The hosts are fantastic. Always with a smile, fantastic food, and no effort is too much. I never felt so at home as here!! We decided to stay 3 instead of 2 nights because we liked it so much. We were driven around to see everything in the area, and stayed there as long as we liked, and did stops at family and friends of the host where we were welcomed like only Armenians can. This was our absolute favorite stay in Armenia, it is not luxurious but so hospitable! 10/10 would come again
