This is a great family accommodation where the owners love the local history and archeology that goes back 5 thousand years. They prepared a great dinner and breakfast for us and ať the evening we had a nice time and talk together. I think this place will show you the real Armenia. This was the best accommodation during the time we were in Armenia.

The place is awesome, very peaceful and quiet. The snow made it more beautiful for the winter season. The room with the bathroom was clean, warm, and very comfortable. They have a dining area with a kitchen, where I stay most of the time because of the ambiance and mountain view, perfect for my reading and relaxing, especially while having my breakfast. The location is easy to find; from Yerevan, I took a YandexGo taxi (you can download the app), which had a very reasonable fare (a minibus is also available, “Marshutka,” the owner will guide you how). As a solo traveler, I really felt at home and safe because the whole family was so supportive, and they are available to help any time. I will never forget my breakfast; it was very delicious, and I enjoyed it a lot. I arrive at night (almost 6 hours of land travel from Georgia), and they prepare a tasty dinner for me. The family was so kind that they were really so welcoming. My personal retreat and prayer encounter was truly great, for God blessed me with a wonderful experience in the BJNI Family Guest House with a very beautiful mountain view. On the opposite side of the BJNI Guest House is a typical river that is an excellent place for a short walk and to take in the local scenery.

The stay of guest house was really amazing! They showed and introduced me many Armenian traditional culture. The home made dinner and breakfast was also really delicious. During my stay, they were care about me so much. I appreciate their warm hospitality.

Clean and comfortable room, very helpful staff, very convenient location in town centre (and you can reach Sevanavank or the lake with a 10/15 minutes ride, obviously provided by YandexGo! 😉. The brewery is a good place to try armenian cognac the true way (with lemon slices, sugar and coffe powder: incredibly delicious!). And in the nearby, absolutely to try Boheme Tea House: don't trust the name, it's a restaurant!

A really quite and chill place near a clean beach on Lake Sevan. The property was really big and nice, they have places to chill in the garden! The living room area is comunal but is really comfortable, if you are lucky and there aren’t any other guests it’s like having your own apartment. We asked for breakfast and it was amazing, everything handmade and from their garden! They are also very warm and welcoming a great place to stay!
