There was cereal supplied, and milk and tea and coffee, and cooking facilities. This was a bonus as we didn't expect that. Everything about the Cottage was wonderful, clean, spacious, and private with beautiful gardens!

Tukawyl Retreat is amazing! The accommodation is a self-contained unit with living room, bedroom, bathroom and a little kitchenette - perfect for one or two people. The set-up is ingenious and really takes advantage of the space. The location is also incredible - in the middle of the bush with kangaroos and wild birds on the doorstep, but also close to places such as Australia Zoo, Maleny Botanic Garden and Bird World, and Sunshine Coast. Wendy is also such a lovely host and made me feel welcome and comfortable.

Maleny Tropical Retreat is a gem. The place has been curated with authentic Balinese furniture and decor, creating a unique, calming environment. The place is well laid out, clean and very comfortable. The star of the show is the amazing view from the patio, overlooking the mountains and Baroon lake. The host and owner, Ken, was kind and made us feel very welcome. The continental breakfast supplied was great. We will definitely return.
