When we asked if we could leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out and pick it up later after exploring the city, he kindly agreed. Additionally, he introduced us to Lucerne’s enchanting Christmas market, ensuring we don’t miss this festive experience. His thoughtfulness has made our stay even more enjoyable!

Perfect location, all attractions are near. The owners of accommodation are so cool and friendly. There is the restaurant on the first floor, where you can eat Tibetan food. A really perfect place to stay in Luzern.

The Roesli Guest House is situated in the heart of Lucerne, close to the Spreuer Bridge. You enjoy free access to the sister hotel's renovated outdoor pool across the street.

The staff were super friendly and approachable and the pool across the road was a nice bonus plus it is open fairly long hours until ten so can be used before or after dinner. The kebab shop is a good budget food option and the beer at the hotel is not marked up much compared to other places. The room was clean and the location cannot be beaten for the price. The room was basic but looked pretty and was bigger than most rooms in the price range and location.
