Ah this place is so lovely! And family owning it is so nice. Breakfast is soooo big and super delicious. Completely recommended!

it’s a nice little intimate place that’s small and cosy but just nice for a family with kids and dog was also welcome. we were greeted with a great big smile and banter. were made to feel comfortable straight away. hot tub area is amazing specially for just chilling in. the food was amazing and not shy with the portions either. will defo be making a return but this time hopefully without 2 kids so can enjoy the full benifit.

Our hostess offered us a variety of breakfasts and all were delicious. The location of our accommodation was perfect. Our hostess suggested a couple of restaurants in the main street of the town, at one of which we enjoyed a super meal.

Facing the seafront in Rothesay, St.Ebba B&B has a garden and a terrace. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the bed and breakfast free of charge.

The greeting on arrival and being showed around to where everything was located. I was in a single room the was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The shared bathroom was very spacious and had a lovely big shower. A separate toilet was fantastic meaning you weren't keeping people from the bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and set you up for the day.
