I had a great stay at Addison, John and Gina are fantastic hosts with a wealth of knowledge about their beautiful town. Everything was spotless, bed was comfy, shower hot and a fully stocked supply of breakfast foods if you want to stay in. The High St. is only a 5 minute walk and is a chance to get some fresh air on your way to all that Guildford has to offer. I have family who has moved there, so now have a place to come back to when I visit. Thanks John and Gina!

Cosy and quaintly decorated in a warm and welcoming south african interior. Fantastic gastro pub with very pleasant staff. We were seen and made to feel at home. Very clean with spacious room and bathroom.

The location is excellent, next to the Highstreet, our Room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was really good, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, cereals, toasts etc, all good. The Host was very friendly and helpful. Prior communication by message was very quick and helpful. 2 parking lots around were you can pay a fare cost in working hours.

The bed was a TRAP - so comfortable you WON'T want to leave it! 4 pillows, cozy blanket, soft mattress... I had an amazing sleep! The shower had hot water with great pressure. I liked that the room had carpeted floor. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The mini fridge in the room was a nice bonus.

Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Parking at the back of the pub was fine, next to the village park. Very quiet and dark at night, comfy bed, very very clean and private.

This hotel is pet friendly. The room was exactly as I expected. The hotel is very conveniently located and the room has everything you need. For those who need a break from the daily grind, this is the perfect place. Please note that there is no lift and they don't serve breakfast in the hotel. Many leave negative reviews, but I do not agree with them. If you need to have employees fussing around you, then book other more expensive hotels, but if you need peace, unobtrusive service and a kind attitude towards your pet, this is the place for you. I will continue to stop here further, for me it is an ideal choice.

An outstanding village pub that serves excellent, uncomplicated but imaginative food and obviously appeals to locals and visitors alike.. The garden was beautiful and everything about the place was immaculately presented. The interior design and makeover was thoughtful and in keeping with the original building. The coffee shop outside the front door was a really nice touch - full of dog walkers in the morning. Breakfast was the best I have had in the UK and the vegetarian food options were fantastic.
