Beautiful clean, nicely decorated throughout, B & B is in a great position, just across the road from a beautiful beach, just up the road from the pier and restaurants. We had a lovely friendly welcome from Caroline. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would highly recommend this lovely B & B

Location was brilliant for us, family member in hospital, which took us 10mins in car, lowestoft was so near, bout 10mins in car again, so near for everything, highly recommend.

The friendliness of the staff. The ambiance of the bar and locals who were delightful. Emily was particularly welcoming when we arrived. Duke is a great ambassador.

Everything was amazing! Check in was easy and the lovely lady on reception had put the heating on for us in our room so we were warm. They were all so accomodating to book us in for swimming. The room was amazing, very spacious large bed lots of pillows, the bathroom was also very big lovely waterfall shower and lots of soft fluffy towels. The restaurant attached was also fantastic, good prices and all home made food and generous portions. Breakfast was also included in our stay, best bacon I've ever had! Lovely young chap in the restaurant so polite and attentive. Best stay ever I'm not sure why this place isn't rated higher. We can't wait to come back again. Thank you for giving us the relaxing getaway we were hoping for.
