I loved my stay here! Very sweet host who made me feel welcome and comfortable. She happened to be in the center so she gave me a lift to the house. She also got out of her way to book me a seat on the minivan for my travels next day, which I would have missed without her help. Though I had to leave early she prepared me a whole breakfast and gave it to me to eat on my way. The house is very peaceful at the border of the town and close to the river. For me it was perfect since I was tired of the busy and touristy center. The house has a big veranda looking onto a beautiful and well kept garden with a mountain view. My personal highlight was their little kitten. I fully recommend to stay here and hope I can return soon!

After staying at many guesthouses where the quality had been a bit low, it was so nice to stay at a place where everything was perfect and easy. The entrance was very cute and inviting with a lot plants, sofas and heating in the floor. The room is well equipped and completely quiet at all times. The hostess came to help me right away when I arrived. I booked it late on the day I checked in, but the room was ready for me when I arrived 45 min later. I could check out later the day after, maybe because Mestia was not so busy in October. She did everything to help me, and her daughter helped with translating.

I was impressed with the building’s warmth and design. The hostess Tsitso was very friendly and charming and made awesome breakfasts for me and my husband. Also Rati (owner) did his best to help in any question. Our room was super clean and had a balcony and quite big bathroom. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Mestia and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks a lot!

Very clean room, 4 beds in family suit room, perfect for us (with two kids). Rich breakfast and dinner with high quality foods, the hostess even brought biscuits for kids during breakfas, kids enjoyed it very much. The river Svaneti was the great place to start our hike from Mestia to Ushguli. We definitely recommend it. It is cosy and clean. The owner is very nice, he took us by car to the shop, because the place is in the calmer place little bit further from the centre, but OK to walk. The breakfast were amazing too. Thank you for everything
