Our stay here was fantastic! The location is perfect, with breathtaking views of Kazbegi Mountain right from the property. Waking up to such beautiful scenery every day was truly special. The two hosts were so kind and helpful.They also gave us great tips for exploring the area and made us feel very welcome.I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for amazing views and wonderful hospitality. I hope to visit again someday!

The hosts were amazingly friendly and welcoming. I made a mistake with my booking but they couldn't do enough for us whilst they made up our room. Highly highly recommend this accommodation if just passing through Stepantsminda or staying longer. Everything is new in the property.

The accomodation was more than perfect it was excellent. The owner was doing all that we had 2 beautifull owernights. Breafast was full and delicius and the houskeeper was flixible about the hour. We went to the mountines and it was great to have it earlier in the morning. The rooms and the bathroom was perfectlly clean. We can have cofee and tee any time. Every room has the balcony and the weiv to the mountines.

Our stay in this apartment left only the very best impressions! The interior is very cozy and stylish, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. We especially loved the contrast between the chilly weather outside and the cozy, warm room inside — it added even more comfort and enjoyment. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. It’s a pity that time passed so quickly here; we wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely worth every penny!
