We chose this accommodation as a layover on our trip and it went beyond our expectations! We did not expect the host to be so friendly, the food so perfect and the location so calm. If you see this and you like homemade food, wine, spirits, anything really, you need to go here. Even the animals they have are awesome. Extremely nice hosts, very modern and newly furbished accommodation, beautiful room and comfortable beds. Bathroom is shared, but as we were the only guests it was not a problem at all. AC was working perfectly to heat the room during cold october nights. Very close to the airport and to the train station to head towards Gori/Tbilisi. Transfer is also provided by the hosts, everything was very smooth even for departure during the night. Very recommended.

The gust house is supper clean and well designed for the price., the kitchen was equipped...but the best part of staying was our host nino and her husband...they were very kind to us even she brought us choorchkela and khachapuri as complimentary gift. She was very attentive to our needs....we were traveling by car so location was really good for us with lots of parking spots. For sure, We will go back there again....

The hostel is located in a quiet area. The room itself was very clean, well-maintained and looked just like the pictures. All the amenities and items that were described on the website were in the room. The lady at the front desk was very nice and answered all our questions. If I were to return to Kutaisi I would definitely choose to stay here. I would definitely recommend the place.

Nino is a really charming, nice and helpful Host. We stayed longer than we expected, because it was so relaxing and beautiful. We stayed at the cottage which is really cozy and surrounded but the beautiful Garden. The Center is a 20 Minute Walk away, the neighborhood where the Hotel is, is quite and pretty. If you want to relax and have a cozy Place to stay, than go to Ninos Old City Hotel!
