AustraliaStaff were so lovely and kind, allowed me an early check in as I was riding from Jember on my bicycle and needed to store it somewhere before check in - instead they let me settle in early. Rohmat helped me with some activities as I was too late to go to the waterfall. Lovely experience and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
