Beautiful country hotel. Walking distance to golf club 5 mins. These guys are absolutely awesome - they know exactly what you need before you know yourself. This place is highly competently run, extremely friendly, polite, kind and oh I could go on and on. Very comfortable rooms. We enjoyed an excellent meal in their restaurant - first class - top quality - award deserving. Great breakfast too! I hope to return one day!

Our stay at the Sycamore Lodge was a highlight of our trip! John and Kieran were exceptional hosts! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a lovely tea with homemade scones and other treats. The house is simply beautiful and we felt immediately at home. Kieran was especially helpful in giving us tips and information about our ancestors who lived in Kilkee. We didn't think things could get any better and then, after a wonderful night's sleep, we woke up to an amazing, breakfast. It was almost too beautiful to eat!
