location,size, staff. all fabulous. we where attending a concert in the 3arena, €15 for taxi from here. personally we didn’t have the breakfast but the friends we went with did go for breakfast and said it was great. choice of hot food from the menu. lots of hot water, I had a bath followed by my husband taking a shower, no issues. free toiletries always a nice bonus

everything - exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff, homely atmosphere (a hotel that does not feel like a hotel), great location, complimentary coffee, croissants and pastries as well as sparkling and still water all day.     Great location only a couple minute walk from the centre of Dunlaoighaire. It was situated in a quiet location so getting a good night sleep was easy. Comfortable bed, everything was clean. Management was lovely and helpful! Great value for money.

    Charming front garden . I enjoyed resting there before check-in . Nice coffee tea and biscuits supplied in the room . Quaint little dining room, which was available for me to eat my dinner in. I utilized their microwave to heat up my food, which in this case was perfect for me because I was very travel weary and did not wish to go out for dinner . My room was cozy, and my shower ( which was ensured in my choice of room type ) ws very comfortable . It was a perfect place to stay for my purposes and I Would definitely return .
