We chose Applelea House due to the proximity to the harbour, as we were taking the ferry next morning. Applelea became the cherry on the cake that was our tour of Ireland! Modern, comfortable and both lovingly and luxuriously designed, we felt very well. The supper recommendation was spot on. Our only regrets are that we couldn't stay an extra night and that we didn't have time to enjoy the breakfast. Next time we will!

We were very satisfied with the hotel. Nice and friendly welcoming, the room was very good. Comfortable beds and a the bathroom and shower was great. Perfect location very close to the ferries was "it was the icing of the cake".... :-)

We booked an extra night and did not need maid service. When we got back from a day out, there was a chair next to our door. On that chair was fresh towels, muffins, juice boxes, biscuits, cups, coffee, tea, creams and sugar. I have never stayed anywhere that replenished the goodies; it was a pleasant surprise. Thank you!

The host and her father were just lovely. Very friendly and accommodating. Very doggy friendly! The rooms were spotless, fairly spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was quite good with many choices. Nice pub/restaurant within short walking distance. Great stay!

Great stay at Faythe. Made very welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. Lovely room with a great view over the garden and the sea. Ironing board and iron, hairdryer, tea and coffee, the lot. Ideal location, no more than a couple of minutes walk from the town centre and front, and you can walk it quite comfortably from the train station. And the breakfast - well, I can't see anyone beating that. Lots of choice, excellent quality, and if you're asked if you've got enough of everything, believe me, the answer's Yes! Will definitely be back.

A most convenient location when using the ferry at Rosslare Harbour as its only a 10 minute drive. The property is spotless and very comfortable and the owners are wonderful - very welcoming! A bonus for me as a motorcyclist is that the property's parking area is secure.
