The views from all bedrooms of Lake Garda and the mountains are spectacular. The team looking after guests were exceptional in terms of speed of response and friendliness. We took up the daily offer of having dinner and breakfast at the communal table. The food home cooked by lovely Tamara was outstanding and we met a lot of lovely, interesting people from around the world. We did beautiful walks from the door steps, up into olive groves and down to the beautiful lake promenade around Brenzone. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

My mum and I have been on a massive trip around Europe, and this was hands down our favourite hotel. Firstly, it’s beautiful, in a lovely quiet little location a bit up from the beach. Extremely welcoming staff. My mum is in a wheelchair which I forgot to state on my booking (just an FYI, the hotel itself is wheelchair accessible, not it isn’t when getting up to it, but they do have hotel rooms outside of the hotel down the little streets. Katya mentioned that she will look into sorting this for future guests, so it’s accessible for all), Katya worked hard to help us move rooms, and offered to take money off it as we were getting a much smaller room which worked out fine for us. She designed the rooms herself and all are different, they are so beautifully designed and smell GORGEOUS. YOU NEED to eat at the restaurant, Genti, the chef is just so talented. You can tell he loves what he does. He can *really* cook and I can understand why the restaurants is always fully booked, so definitely book ahead. I wanted to take him home and be my personal chef 😉, really nice breakfast choices too, which they brought to our room! Katya was also very knowledgable about the best places to go for a wheelchair users, etc.

A peaceful 3 days, clean and a strategic place if you are a hiker, from San Zeno there is a beautiful panoramic path including the Tibetan bridge. for other excursions Paolo will be happy to help you by providing you with everything. Every window has a sea view... it was lovely even with fog. And bed and pillows absolutely super comfy.

Perfect location,next to the beach with very good vibe(Malibu beach bar was very cool). Beautiful views(We booked a room with a mountain view, but we got one with a lake view!!😇Thank you for that!)Everything was clean. Breakfast was good,and the dinner too! Very friendly staff!
