Very spacious apartment with separate comfortable kitchen, private entrance. Perfect localisation for visiting Frascati and other Castelli Romani as well as Rome itself. Parking availacle in close vicinity without restrictions (which is rare in this Castelli Romani region) Owner extremely kind and caring. We were invited for Italian breakfast with fresh croissant, yoghurt, coffee and juice by hospitable hosts. We recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Laura and her family were lovely and helpful. The accommodation was spotless and the kitchen was fully equipped to make dinners after a long day of sight seeing. It’s only 4 minutes away from a town square filled with practical stores (restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store, train station). The pool was excellent as well. Laura made a beautiful buffet breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. We would happily stay there again.

Silvia is a true treasure. She is incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay absolutely fantastic. For instance, when we had some leftover food from our previous apartment, Silvia went out of her way to reactivate a fridge so we could store our goods. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the interior of the entire house felt like a journey through time. We highly recommend this place. The pool area has everything you need. Breakfast, prepared by Silvia herself, offers a variety of sweet but also a savory options. I particularly enjoyed her scrambled eggs. Overall, we had an amazing time and were a bit sad to leave after only two nights. We would have loved to stay longer. When we return in the future, we will definitely choose to stay at Silvia's place again.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. Everything had a warm, family-like atmosphere. The house and the outdoor area were exceptional—beautifully maintained and truly top-notch. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent, with easy access to the airport. Everything in MaMa House was perfect...spent 1 night only travelling via Rome...the most accessible and close accommodation you can get if need reach Ciampino Airport. From Ciampino station which is 1st train stop from Roma Termini you need literally few steps to reach house if not stopping in supermarket or pizza or cafeteria on this small way. The same way back few steps is located Bus station for Airport buses...with all clear perfect explanation from owner Mr. Mauro you have easy going fast comfortable staying and traveling. Room itself is pretty clean warm and equipped with all stuff you could ask for from mini fridge to hairdryer coffee machine with few gift capsules and good WiFi of course. MaMa Guesthouse is for me number one once travelling via Rome again. Thank you 😊

I would very much like to recommend this apartment, Monica in Marco is always very kind, helping and making herself available for any questions. It was an excellent stay in this place, everything was very clean and organized. Well located very close to the metro in Rome. A 10-minute walk and we were at the Anagnina metro station. Everything very clean and organized, towels changed every day, excellent stay, I recommend everyone to stay there. The iphone charging cable broke, Marco quickly lent me his. Wifi works great. I was very happy to stay at this location.

    The host answers always very promptly in case of problems and he is very friendly, the house is in a quiet area and we slept well. You can be at Ciampino Airport in less than 20 minutes by car.
