Very good for our short trip from Rome to the sea. The owner and the cleaning lady were very friendly and helpful. The place is newly renovated, clean, and the bathroom was excellent. It's a short walk to the beaches and restaurants. Despite being close to a busy street, we slept well and were not disturbed. We also appreciated the convenient airport transfer. Overall, it was very nice value for money and perfect for a one-night stay.

Located both centrally and close to the beach. There is a carrefour right next to the market. Clean location, very comfortable mattress, nice entrance yard and the cats there as well :) Check in accessible via pin code. The window only in the bathroom, it was visible from the posted images but I didn't notice it, personally it didn't bother us

Absolutely a lovely place to stay. The hosts were so lovely, the room was great and very spacious. Spotlessly clean and a great location, near beach and town and bars/ restaurants. The hosts allowed us to leave luggage there on our last day which was great and also provided a space for us to come back to change clothes etc and let us use facilities like toilet and outside shower, and left out towels for us. Thank you so much Ali and Antonio for everything. We really loved staying with you. Mark & Mary

Beautiful property with really friendly staff. They sent us to a fantastic restaurant for dinner and made a lovely breakfast for us. Coffees were amazing. Staff couldn't be nicer. Room was clean and comfortable. Spa bath was a lovely extra. Will stay again

    Excellent location for relaxed access to Rome and/or Fiumcino airport. 2 mins walk to Ladispoli station, quiet (despite being next to the railway line), plenty of laid-back bars/restaurants. Private balcony plus roof-top shady terrace. Helpful staff. About 10 mins walk to private and public beaches, plenty of shopping. Train takes 30 mins to Rome centre, 50 mins to airport (into Rome, change at Travestere). Much less hassle for a one-night stopover than central Rome.
