The host was really nice, and pointed out some places to visit wich were a must see. Even though we were coming late for check in, there was a smile welcoming us. The views are great, and so is the breakfast. All in all vey satsfied.

The place was so clean, the facilities were great, the bed was very comfortable. The best thing of all was our hosts Paula & Antonio - they were so friendly and genuinely looked out for us to see if there was anything more they could do for us. It was definitely a great place to stay and we would certainly return if we had the chance.

The location is great! The room has a private bathroom, heating in the room works great (we were there during the winter). The kitchen and the balcony are common spaces to share with others. You have everything you need in the kitchen to cook, you can leave your food in the fridge, there is also a dishwasher and coffee machine. The view of Tuscany hills from the balcony is wonderful, you can hear the sound of a brook. The owner Irene was a wonderful host, she gave us all the necessary information and here energy is very positive, welcoming and warm. We received vouchers for breakfast in a local bar with pastries. We were satisfied with the breakfast. Vinci definitely stole our hearts and we both knew the moment we entered the Bellavelle Rooms, that this is the place we want to return to!

The guesthouse is even nicer than the photos. The host, Lucia, was very welcoming and nice. It's located in a quiet yet charming part of Tuscany and it's easy to get to from the Pisa airport by car. The room we took was spacious and clean. Bonus points for the breakfast too. The outside garden in the back overlooks the Tuscan views as well and has a nice sitting area to sit and eat. We'll definitely plan to stay there next time we visit the area!

Villa di Malpasso is amazing – quirky, but amazing - and we loved staying there. The place itself is beautiful and our apartment was finished to the highest standard and spotlessly clean. For breakfast you walk through the garden to the main house and enter a magnificent dining room full of antique furniture and ‘objets d’art’. An excellent breakfast was served with great Italian coffee. Although the place itself is superb, what makes the stay exceptional is the welcome you receive from Antonella. Nothing was too much trouble. She cooked us a delicious dinner one night and her advice regarding places to visit and things to do was invaluable. My wife and I immediately sensed a rapport with her and found so much in common and so much to talk about. We were sad to leave, and I really think she was sad to see us go. A perfect stay and thoroughly recommended.

Our host was very courteous and gave us our choice of room upon arrival as one suite was up a flight of stairs. The beds were comfortable in both rooms of our chosen suite with good working air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious with a selection of pastries, meats and cheeses, as well as fresh cooked eggs. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked fantastic and the view was amazing. It was definitely great value.
