Beautiful B&B in a quaint little town. Several small eateries nearby. The property supplied us with bikes and we went for a great ride along the levee above the flooded river Po which was very enjoyable.

Cristina and Giuliano were excellent hosts and made us feel welcome from the very start of our two day stay. We booked two rooms for a party of 5 (me, my wife and our three teenage daughters). In fact one room had three beds and the other had two so we were very well accommodated. Both rooms were air conditioned and very comfortable despite heatwave conditions. We had full use of the swimming pool throughout our stay. Giuliano recommended an excellent local restaurant and was very helpful in outlining key attractions, park and ride service, and how to get to nearby Mantova (which is a lovely town). Breakfast was a triumph - an abundance of fresh fruit and a large variety of pastries and cakes baked by Cristina. It was worth staying for the breakfast alone. Mantova is a relatively undiscovered area of Italy but the city is beautiful and local food is excellent - definitely stay in B&B Il Martin Pescatore if planning to stay in the area. As an added attraction, the Mantova Village shopping outlet is just 3 minutes away by car.
