the breakfast was excellent, with many options and good coffee. We loved the room, just not the fact that there was no elevator, so second floor with an infant is not ideal. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Location was convenient for ferry from Ancona. Host advised us of an excellent restauarant that took dogs for our evening meal and pre booked for us. Breakfast was a mixture of prepackaged crossants and rolls with some homemade sweet pastries. Location is down single track road with unprotected ditches either side. Drive carefully! Was nice to chill out in the garden after a long drive.

Nice accommodation as a change after BnBs where you see a host only for a few minutes at arrival or not even that. Our host was very nice and with that human touch that makes a difference. Room was big and clean. The breakfast was delicious - we even had scrambled eggs from his property (and focaccia was great). Very peacefull and green surroundings.

    We stayed in B&B during our visit of Mirabilandia. Its located 20 min from it, in a nice, quiet place. House has a very big yard, where children can play, and adults can sit by the barbecue. The house is extremely clean, pleasant, bed and pillows are great… one of the best private accomodations i have ever stayed in…! The host is aslo very pleasant!
