The host was waiting for us out front when we arrived, which was very nice. He gave plenty of info about places to eat. The place was big enough for 8 of us (plus dog). Very clean and quiet.

Unbelievable value for money. The apartment was huge, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Everything you could think of was included for your comfort. A continental breakfast was laid out on the table, bread for toasting, cereals, juice, jams, water, tea, coffee more than you could possibly eat. Laura was lovely and very helpful. The location was excellent walking distance from the station and the centre. Would recommend it 100%

Absolute great stay. Good communication with the host who is also very helpful. Super clean room, spacious and great aircon. Everything modern. Shower like a pressure washer, very nice. I also loved Foligno, even though it's not really a tourist destination. It made the perfect base, had a good vibe, great restaurants with good value for money and the best pistachio ice cream I had in my life. Slept like a baby in the comfy bed. Perfect location, close to everything including the station and bus stop. Would definitely stay again.

This place exceeded our expectations! The room and the breakfast were perfect! It is located in a peaceful area, just a 5-minute drive from the Cathedral of St. Francis of Assisi. Such attention to detail. Little things to make us more comfortable. Water in the fridge and coffee pods. Amazing room and very comfy bed. The ladies running it were so very nice. Exceptionally clean too and in an excellent position.
