this is a great place to stay. it’s modern whilst being in a historic part of town, the rooms are comfortable, the bed is great, the shower was terrific and most of all the owners are wonderful people who are friendly, welcoming and helpful. the availability of secure parking is also a plus.

The owner is the sweetest person ever! She made sure we were always comfortable. It almost felt like we were part of family. If you're looking for a calm, relaxing area to stay while visiting Umbria, this is the place!! Breakfast was complete and good, plenty of water (so helpful in summer)
