Had an upgrade of room Convenient for walking to Karen Hub and using Uber to see the local sights. Good breakfast and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Suzanne also came up with a number of ideas for things to do and how to do them without our own car or driver. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are returning for the last night of our holiday!!

I LOVED everything from the second I entered. The rooms are fabulous, the service is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were good with a good options. Gladys made me feel so welcome and I really enjoyed speaking with her. Jeff was such a polite waiter at dinner and breakfast .if I could give a score higher than 10 I would ❤️

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Karen Plains Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service. The room was spotless, spacious, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept like royalty. Waking up to birdsong and having breakfast on the private balcony overlooking the greenery was such a peaceful way to start the day. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. The location is perfect — tucked away in the quiet of Karen yet just minutes away from shops, restaurants, and tourist spots like the Giraffe Centre. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and elegant stay in Nairobi. I’ll definitely be back!

The apartment is in excellent condition, well mentained and cozy. It’s just a few from a mall which has restaurants a shopping center. The host was kind, responsive and very professional. I Will definitely come back for a longer stay. I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a place to stay in Nairobi.
