01. The owner is a very kind, supportive, and silent person. 02. Since, a newly constructed place it has a very pleasant appearance. 03. The place is really clean and tidy. 04. The landscape and hanging plants were the most impressive thing to me. 05. The small balcony area is very comfortable and it is covered by hanging plants. 06. The bed is quite comfortable. There is a vaporizer and mosquito net in the room. We used the net because there were few mosquitos in the middle of the night, but that wasn't an issue. 07. Location is about 600m away from the Hikkaduwa Bus stand and it is situated on a bus route (Hikkaduwa - Baddegama I guess). 08. The place is very calm and quiet. 09. A cupboard, cloth hanging equipment, linen, toilet paper, and soap are provided. We would love to visit this place again! (The bird lock of the door was damaged by us and we asked the owner to add extra chargers, but he only accepted the agreed amount of money for our stay. That should be definitely appreciated!)

Pretty much everything. They will ask you every day if you need room cleaning. The place has literally everything you might need during your stay and it is located in the peaceful area. The staff is so nice and they really do their best to make sure that everyone feels as comfortable as possible. The breakfast is amazing, it is not a buffet but you can ask for more of what you like that day and they will give you without additional charge. They provide you with beach towels which is a great thing too. WiFi was great and there is plenty of hot water. You can relax on the sun beds, use the pool or swim right in front of the hotel. Within 10-15 min walking distance on the beach, you reach a bunch of great restaurants you can enjoy. You can pay by card or in multiple currencies. Nothing is problem and it is really easy to communicate anything you need. One day we bought a pineapple and as soon as they noticed, they offered to cut it for us since we had no knife. If I come back to Hikkaduwa, I will definitely book this place again. 10/10

The family welcomed us warmly; they were really nice and friendly people. ❤️ The room was clean, modern, and matched the pictures. The breakfast was amazing—I highly recommend it. The yard area and swimming pool were beautiful and enjoyable. There were many monitor lizards swimming in the nearby river, and they are worth seeing.

Fantastic location in the center of Hikkaduwa but in a quite place. Very close to Hikkaduwa beach ,railway and bus stations,shops,restaurants-only few minutes by foot. The guesthouse is exceptional -beautiful garden with flowers and nice open air sitting place at the quite side street -beautifull interior of the house with small patio,sitting area,big table with chairs,aquarium with fish,big refrigerator. -big,very good full kitchen with all utensils you can need to cook. -nice rooms with mosquito net,fan/ventilator -good,big toilet with cold/WARM water !!! /common or private/ -very competitive price ! And the most important-fantastic,nice HOSTS !!! You will feel like a person visiting his family members,not as a regular tourist at a guesthouse.
