Kasbah Maktob is enchanting, like staying in a comfortable museum full of Berber artifacts; one is surrounded by Amazigh culture. Also provided by wonderful host Mustapha, a sculptor and musician who will play and sing after supper on the traditional gimbri, the Moroccan bass. We stayed in the top room, the family room, spacious with an incredible view from its balcony out over the palm oasis. Kasbah Tamnougalt is my favourite in Morocco, and Kasbah Maktob sits within its ancient walls. Mustapha is also a fabulous cook, so meals were delicious. One of my favourite places to stay in Morocco -- don't miss Tamnougalt and the Agdz area. Beautiful.

The Service was very nice and the food was extraordinary! Best Tajine we had in Marokko - believe me and book the Dinner as well, it‘s worth it! The place has a beautiful garden and the Kasbah is very impressive as well. The rooms are big and the pool area is very relaxing. We would stay there again! Thank you for everything!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Moroccan guesthouse, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had! The rooms were beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style, immaculately clean, and extremely comfortable.
