Very professionally run. Decorated beautifully. Loved the airport service, everything ran very smoothly. Great communications. They very kindly made food for us when we arrived late after travelling all day. Bistro food was good. Best breakfast we had in Madagascar. Great place to base yourself to explore without having to deal with Tana's notoriously bad traffic and unrelenting noise 24/7.

The place is to die for!. When next I come to Madagascar, I'll definitely come here to stay. It's such an idyllic place. The house is amazing, Very pretty, comfortable, they have European chickens that adds to the beauty of the place. Ugo and Eva are the best hosts. My luggage arrived late and they assisted me in getting it later. They take out the time to explain about the city to me, they're super likeable people.

Room was palatial, and Ives and his staff incredibly attentive and helpful. Food was generous . Very much personal service. Close to airport, and I felt much safer in Ivato than in Antananarivo.

Our host, Madam Murielle, was very welcoming and warm. The food was excellent, pocket friendly prices. The residence is very clean and calm and has an excellent ambience. We felt home away from home, and anytime I am in madagascar's residence, tianay will be my home. She always ensured we were comfortable every day, she got us a taxi every time we wanted to go out.I definitely recommend residence tianay.

We stopped here on the way to Maroantsetra and we were very happy with the host (who spoke good English) and the room. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was vegan friendly (bread and jam) and the ride from the airport to the B&B was included.
