Many people come to Misfah for a day trip but we are glad to stay for 1 night in a traditional house like Harit AL Misfah Inn. This little inn is photogenic from the outside. The view from the roof top restaurant is definitely the best thing. We really enjoy the lovely dinner and breakfast there, the food is so delicious! The staff is also very friendly and gave us a little gift upon our departure.

This is an amazingly gorgeous location for adventure and relaxation. We loved it and our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. We were able to star gaze, soak in the hot tub, and hang out on the balcony overlooking the gorgeous Mountain View’s in total quiet. It was super chill and relaxing. On the last day my son (must have been so relaxed) he forgot his wallet with his work visa and credit cards in the game room. The owner immediately tried to reach us and very sweetly offered to personally drive the wallet to us in Muscat 1.5 hour each way. It was incredibly kind and generous of Sameer to personally take care of us and ask for nothing in return. Thank you so much for your care and time Sameer! We really appreciated the big and important favor. We wanted to pay for a taxi, but he insisted on bringing it himself. We highly, highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful terrace with a amazing view, where you can sit all day. Tea and coffee available. Great rooms in local style. Great host who welcomed us and showed us the way to the viewpoint and advised other places. Excellent buffet for dinner and great breakfast. Wide choice and very tasty. Everything was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much. We recommend to everyone ☺️

We have no negative points, only positive ones! The room was very spacious, clean and new. The view was amazing, area very calm and relaxing. The host was so friendly and helpful. We had brought some vegetables with us for our daughter (1,5 year old) and they were kind enough to cook her a simple meal so she could also eat. Breakfast was very good and we also loved the home made meal for dinner! All in all a very good experience!

- Excellent location. Very close on foot to the traditional village (some minutes). Private parking into the house. The guest houses in the village seem good too, but they are very difficult to access (it is needed to park the car at the entrance of the village and to climb up on foot several hundred of meters). In Roghan Hospitality Inn, the park place is just by the door of the hotel. -Very nice room A blend of traditional and modern cultures. Room very modern and well designed. There is an AC and heating system , but we didn't use it. The lowest outside temperature was 13 degrees during the night, but temperature of the room was kept at 20 degrés without heating thanks to the very isolating windows. Nice view on the mountains through panoramique windows. - Traditional diner and buffet on the terrace. - Very nice staff. The owner took time at the end of the diner to talk with us and explain a lot about Oman. In the morning after the night, he accompanied us for a tour of the old village. Really very nice. We stopped at the honey maker shop. Very interesting explanation from the honey maker. And a lot of différent kinds of honey. - We thank very much the owner of the Roghan Hospitality Inn (who speaks English very well) and have special thanks to Annie who took care of our diner and Mohamed.

Great location, the owner is really kind and friendly. The room is great, with confontable beds. Food : breakfast and dinner is ok - special mention for the pancakes, delicious. I would definitly recommend if you are planning to stay in Misfat. Always good to support smaller local business.

Fantastic location, one of my favorite spots I've been to. 300 year old small town + surrounding area are wonderful. I highly recommend taking a long morning walk there, around the town and mountains (remember to bring water). Breakfast: we had scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, pancakes with jam, oranges, watermelon, and tea. Dinner: rice, sauce, flatbread, chicken, and vegetables. Simple choice of foods, but everything was tasty. The cafe also had some fancier items to buy. Room: cozy, rustic clay walls and cute lamps. Clean and bed was comfy. The building is old, adding to it's charm. Just a heads up, there are a lot of stairs in the town, but it's part of the experience. Staff was very friendly. There are some nice gift shops in the area. I absolutely loved Halwa Coffee cafe at the top of the resort. We bought some halwa dessert and iced lattes. The view is breathtaking. Just thinking back to this town brings a smile to my face.
