    The location and stunning surroundings. Well sculpted and maintained gardens. All very idyllic. And the adjacent restaurant (Casa Museu Almada Negreiros) serves a great 4 course lunch. The room was a simple bungalow with private bathroom. We found this to be a good basis to visit the botanical garden and hike up to Lagoa Amelia (the crater lake), to walk to nearby waterfall (Cascata de São Nicolau) and visit the coffee museum in Graça
