The owners were friendly and able to accommodate an early check in and late departure when our flight time was changed. The room was large and clean as was the bathroom whilst still retaining local charm. The bed was comfortable and shower powerful. The owner made us coffee and cake when we went back in the evening to sit and play cards. The breakfast was amazing - more food than we could eat and again made extra coffee when we asked. If you come to Herbal, and you should, then definitely stay here.

Something NOT to worry about in this hostel is the cleanliness. The bedsheets and the room are meticulous, the kitchen and the shower as well. The host is responsive and helpful. I recommend the place.

This is an extraordinary little gem in the middle of the Medina in Sousse. Beautifully restored house with incredible focus on details. The rooms are stunning with wonderful bathrooms. Khaled is super easy to communicate with and Mouna makes you feel at home instantly and prepares a great breakfast.

Great!! Really recommend it, it was very pleasant and easy to check in. Location is great, you never really get lost since it is in the corner of the medina, just follow the city wall 😄 The breakfast varies depending on the day but always very filling and good. We could leave the bags almost all day after the check-out (for free of course). You also have a terrace where you can rest and get a bit of sun. Thank you so much! Aychek!

This place has a Michelin rated restaurant. The chef was wonderful and he did everything possible to make us comfortable. it is a beautiful, old and renovated property. The atmosphere is wonderful.

Sarah and her staff welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home from the get-go. Beautiful hotel, an oasis in the busting streets of Monastir. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of nice food and the biggest bonus is that it's pet friendly !
