It has a big garden that is very nice to hang out, especially with good weather. The rooms have a good size and clean. A good breakfast is also included. What makes this place really special is the host, Renato, a great person that is always there to help - wether it be laundry or a daytrip to theth! 100% recommend.

庭の景色を望むBujtina Tinari Thethはテスにあり、レストラン、共用ラウンジ、バー、庭、テラスを提供しています。館内全域での無料WiFi、敷地内の専用駐車場を提供しています。 コンチネンタル、ベジタリアン、ハラルなどの朝食を楽しめます。 近隣ではサイクリングを楽しめます。 Bujtina Tinari Thethからテス国立公園まで2.6kmです。 最高の宿でした！朝食・夕食もおいしい家庭料理で満足です。夕食15EUR 宿付近(約1km手前)まではシュコダルからアスファルトで舗装されており、車で簡単にアクセスできます。 *4WD不要ですが、道幅は相当狭いため、すれ違いの難易度が高く小さめの車を推奨します。 *人気観光地のため、対向車との遭遇はかなり多かったです。 ブルーアイ・バルボナピークへいずれも近く、近くにスーパーもある好立地です。(そもそも宿で購入できるドリンクが一般的な価格で安い、ビール2EUR) トレッキング用にランチパック5EUR(ボリュームのあるサンドイッチ+α+水ボトル)も最高でした。 持ち込んだアルコールを冷やすため、限られたスペースですが、冷蔵庫の一部を使わせていただき大変助かりました！

Very comfortable room with views of the surrounding mountains. 300meters from the bus stop (gravel road if you have wheelie luggage but we did notice that some buses dropped at the properties, you can only ask). Central to small village. Walking nearby including trail to Valbona. Breakfast was exceptional.

Everything! The view was amazing, the rooms super clean and modern and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Also, this is an amazing place to have authentic Albanian food. I stayed at Serenity Guesthouse for two nights, and my experience was truly exceptional. The more I praise this property, the less it feels. What makes it special is not just the location, but the incredible people behind it. The guesthouse is run by Paulin, with his wife Olga and daughter Pamela, and they are among the warmest, most genuine people I met during my entire trip in Albania. Their hospitality was beyond expectations — down to earth, caring, and always making me feel at home. The effort they put into everything, from preparing delicious breakfasts to guiding and helping with local information, was outstanding. It felt less like staying in a guesthouse and more like being welcomed into a family. The location is perfect, right in the center of Theth Valley, surrounded by nature. All major attractions are within walking distance (just 2–3 km in the hills), but honestly, you could simply sit on the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking valley views without going anywhere. This was one of the most memorable stays I’ve ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend Serenity Guesthouse — it’s not just accommodation, it’s a true Albanian hospitality experience.

The place was beautiful and clean, and the breakfasts and dinners were excellent. The hosts were very kind and friendly, and you felt truly welcome. If you’re planning to visit Theth, we can only recommend it! And the view was truly stunning.

However, the first night I got relocated to another place because there was some problem with the electricity in the room that I had booked. This was not a problem at all for me because that room was also nice and nearby and Niko the host communicated with me about it so I knew where I would go. I could also leave some of my luggage there during my hiking trip and Niko transported it for me to Enea  Room where it waited for me when I got back. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and the communication with Niko was good throughout and he even texted me to check if everything was ok, or if I needed anything.

The family host were all so welcoming and helpful, they provided lots of great recommendations. I would definitely come back ☺️
