Situated in Carrillo and only 200 metres from Carrillo Beach, La Puesta del Sol B&B features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The room was wonderful, the presentation of the bed looked so nice I didn’t want to mess it up! It was quiet, location is great, nice view, short walk to the beach. Owner and staff were very friendly, breakfast was delicious. Nice semi personal patio and hammock outside although it was too hot outside to use. Lines to hang clothes to dry. Shower pressure was fantastic. I also took a horseback ride through the beach and jungle and it was the all time best ride I’ve ever had. It was called Horses Paradise, Playa Carrillo and my guide picked me up at the hotel with my horse.

Natalie and Yannick are very kind and helpful. We loved every bit of our stay there! The road, depending on which route you take can be an adventure, but we even loved that, including the small creek crossings! We had howler monkeys sleep above our little cabin and woke up to their vocal activity, which was incredible!! We absolutely loved our stay!

Quiet,yet close to Tamarindo and the surrounding beaches- 10-14 min by car. Great breakfast- enjoyed the French crepes every morning, eggs, delicious coffee, homemade yogurt, fresh fruits, gallo pinto, almond cake and more. Nice pool, very refreshing for the hot weather.

Guests at Casa Donna Rosa B&B can enjoy cycling nearby, or make the most of the garden. Everything was excellent from the food, to the hospitality, to the location. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Our hosts went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful experience.

Peke is an amazing cook and the breakfast and coffee and juice were fantastic. The dining area is beautiful. Jenna is so warm and welcoming. What a gem of a place. Rooms and grounds are lovely. The pool is wonderful. Because there are only 5 rooms, it is a really peaceful and quiet place and the pool was often empty. Easy and flat walk to the beach takes about 15 mins.
