The Rooms At Firecastle is set in Kildare's market square, overlooking St Brigid's Cathedral. The property offers an onsite bakery, an artisan grocery store and a take away breakfast and lunch served daily. Ease of entry and the operation of the shower: seems minor but after travelling thru areas with three point locks and an engineering degree to operate the shower it was a pleasure to encounter simple: after all you just want in the room and for the water to flow:

Kilronan House is a family-run, award-winning B&B located in Dublin’s quiet and leafy Georgian Quarter. Less than 5 minutes’ walk from Grafton Street and Stephen's Green, it offers freshly cooked breakfasts. Small, cozy and comfortable house, staff especially Mr.Ramazan make me feel like at home. Breakfast was good and bed was very comfortable. Upgraded room was good.

We stayed in "Shergar" and it was a beautiful room with an extremely comfortable bed which truth be told we were loathe to leave, The bathroom was lovely and spacious with a great shower. We only stayed for one night but would be delighted to return again.
