This property and Mr Edward is a gem that we found in goa. He offered us his best room actually he showed us all rooms that were available and made us choose the room we wanted and ofcourse we choose the best. The room had everything that is listed in the description. The room was clean, it had glasses, plates, electric kettle, fans, AC, chairs, table, balcony, extra mattresses, towels, waterbottle, refrigerator. We took our own car but parking was not an issue. Mr. Edward helps in every way possible. The only con was that all charging points were not working otherwise the property was flawless.

Really nice place to meet other travellers and you feel like home. Banti and Haley are amazing and they make you feel cosy since the first second, they create a really nice familiar and friendly atmosphere there! The position is amazing, close to everything and right in front of the beach. There is also a garden we had a really nice dinner all together.

Amazing friendly and attentive staff. The setting is beautiful and the food served by Artjuna is delicious and good value. Huge menu with loads to choose from and breakfasts included in the room we're great. Laundry service was effortless and quick. Room service was brilliant.
