Its host Massimo is attentive and helpful in any way. The breakfast is delicious and the tasty cakes are self-made - even if I couldn’t try them as a Coeliac. But I was also cared for with gluten-free options.

Mistakes happen, but great customer service is what sets a hotel apart — and in this case, the team really went above and beyond to ensure we still had a positive experience. We’d gladly return and recommend this hotel to others looking for attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 4.2 km from Cittadella. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Great experience to stay in a traditional farmhouse. Quiet location, everything was lovely and clean. Staff member extremely friendly and helpful.
