Excellent breakfast, friendly people esp Achu and Prakash as also Achmed the manager, were kind and attentive. The villa was spacious, comfortable and old-worldly charming. The numerous gazelles on the grounds were very pretty and lent a nice natural atmosphere to the place. Of course you had to navigate their droppings quite carefully!

everything, from the moment we arrived. (We didnt arrive until almost midnight). Asked for a late checkout as our flight was just after midnight, They let us keep the room until 4pm and then we stayed by the pool and used the shower facilities at the gym. They organised a car to the airport , cheaper than the Uber quote and the car was brand new and spacious. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

My family and I loved Rishnee's place. The location was exceptional as it is close to the Yas Beach with direct access, close to the Yas Marinar, and close to the Yas Mall and the theme parks. Roshnee was very helpful with information and very responsive and flexible to help. A great host. If I do visit Abu Dhabi again I will stay there if available.

The place is really good for people travelling with cars or with family and children. The apartment is really nice and has all apliencies. If you are traveling without a car, the only transportation is Taxi or Uber. All in all a good price for our stay!
