I was quite sceptical since the place was a bit away from the centre of the city. But this is definitely something I'd recommend. 10/10 for the warmth of the staff and also for the facilities. The kitchen, the bath area, the hall, and the rooms were separated, and the pool was right at the centre between the areas. Special mention to Ms. Anita, for guiding us along the way and to the caregiver of the farm Jubail, who was very warm to all of us. Just make sure to keep your sunscreens on if you are going during summers. This place is a definite YES during the winters.

Owner is hospitable and kindly answered to all our questions. Everything was there and even more that usually not included in apartments. Location is ideal as you can reach mall, all kinds of kids entertainments by foot (winter time) and very nice promenade zone with restaurants/cafe. Unusual phenomenon for all Middle east countries is river - which was very nice. Convenient road junctions so you can reach easily downtown.

Everything was perfect !! The apartment was spacious , very clean , big bed & the kitchen is well equiped the location was great for us ( 20 minutes to hospital ) , Plus Mr.Raslan was very friendly, replied to enquires asap and very generous to give us a late checkout with no extra charge !
